This substantial cameo ring is a beautiful vintage-style silver filigree ring set with a classic & ivory silhouette lady cameo. The band is easily adjustable in size. The smallest it seems to go is a US size 6.

To resize, very gently pull apart or push together the filigree ends at the underside of the ring as needed to adjust the size - pull for larger, push for smaller.

The cameo itself is: 11/16" x 9/16" (18 x 13mm). The delicate lacy, filigree ring band measures slightly less than a 1/2" (12mm) at the widest point next to the cameo.
