Shipping

All items are made to order, please see below for order processing times and delivery options:

Processing: It takes me 1-3 business days to process and ship your order

Delivery Notes: Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer, if the address is incorrect or incomplete (missing unit number, etc), the package will be returned to us, in which case, the buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fee to have the order reshipped to the correct address.

Shipping within Canada: At check out you can choose to have your package shipped one of three ways: by regular letter mail (no tracking), or one of two tracked options: Expedited parcel or Xpresspost

Shipping to the US: All orders are tracked and shipped by Chit Chats (my courier) who partners with USPS for last mile delivery. There are two options: USPS Ground or USPS Priority.

International Shipping: I currently ship to Germany, UK, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand via Asendia.

Shipping Times:

Within Canada: 2-10 business days
To the US: 7-10 business days
To Europe/Oceana: 2-4 weeks

For purchases made from outside Canada, please note that you are responsible for paying any customs fees, VAT, or other taxes and fees designated by the laws of your country. You will be responsible for paying any such fees and taxes to your country's customs office or postal carrier upon receipt of your goods. Please consult your local postal carrier or government website for information on what those taxes and fees may be. I will require a phone number for ALL international shipments.
